Week 2 Games: Full of Surprises

It’s still early, but some big surprises are developing:

  • Randy Moss means business.
  • The Saints passing game and the Jaguars running game have vanished.
  • The Packers aren’t turning Brett Favre’s hair any grayer.
  • The AFC East only has one team with any wins.
  • Kitna’s vision of a 10-win Lions team doesn’t look completely crazy, especially in a weak NFC.
  • We’re still waiting on everybody’s top three (LaDainian Tomlinson, Steven Jackson, and Larry Johnson) to live up to their preseason rankings.
  • Wide receivers are putting up big numbers so far.
  • The Falcons waited over two weeks to find a probable replacement to Joey Harrington.
  • O.J. Simpson still has more weapons than the current Buffalo Bills offense.
